In the lobby of the hospital before the appt, Myann yelled "Santa, Santa!" I turned to see a large white bearded man, he just chuckled. Then on the way out, the man was still in the lobby. I think it made his day because as we passed he told a woman that there was the little girl who called him Santa. We stopped to say hello again and Myann said Hi Santa. Just then the man took off his coat to reveal a red shirt and red overalls and said "Ho, ho, ho!" Myann's eyes grew so big and she smiled. Heck, I smiled, I think it was the real Santa!
Myann's room decorated, I got this idea from my sister-in-law Danielle, so we have been doing it for their birthdays.

Opening presents, she got on board with this right away.
Her cake (from Stefanie's Bakery) - it tasted as good as it looked. She also took cupcakes to school, which were just as cute.
She was not a happy girl, it was a school day, so a short nap equals grumpy Myann
Once she got cake, she was all better
Myann got big girl undies for her birthday and she had to immediately put them on, of course, she put them all on one leg.
